This website www.bialfoundation.com (“Website”) belongs to and is operated by the BIAL Foundation. Use of this Website is governed by these terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”).

Any person using this Website (“User”) acknowledges that in accessing and using this Website it accepts these Terms and Conditions. In case the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, the User shall not use the Website.

The BIAL Foundation has the exclusive right to, at any time, suspend access to the Website, whether entirely or partially, in particular in management, maintenance, modification or updating operations of the Website, and to, at any time, shut down the Website, whether permanently or temporarily and whether entirely or partially.

User undertakes to comply with the applicable legislation, particularly the Code of Copyright and Related Rights, the Industrial Property Code, and the legislation on computer-related crimes, as well as to act in good faith and to make use of the Website that does not offend any rights of third parties, namely that does not constitute any attack on the basis of nationality, ethnic origin, religion, political conviction or gender and that does not constitute defamation, incitement to theft, fraud, violence, terrorism, sadism, prostitution, paedophilia, and they shall not use obscene, indecorous or pornographic content.
